Thin Crust Pizza

Grain free, lower carb. 
23 net carbs per entire recipe. Recipe makes 4 personal (~8") sized pizzas. 


1 tablespoon butter melted
2 eggs
1/4 cup  warm water
1 tsp each salt, garlic powder, onion powder
1/4 cup each- plantain (20 net carb) and almond (3 net carb) flour


Mix wet, then mix in the dry until smooth

Spray an 8" skillet with nonstick spray for personal sized pizzas

Pour about 1/4 of the batter and roll pan like making crepes to spread out the dough 

Heat to medium high

Cook until the edges are dry 
Flip
Cook until both sides are golden (the more done the crisper the crust- crisper is good)
When done, place on a cooling rack

Let the pan cool a bit between crusts. Otherwise it cooks too fast before you can get the dough evenly spread

Heat the broiler in the oven with a pizza stone

Dress the pizza as desired with sauce, cheese and toppings. 

Slide into an oversized spatula and then into the pizza stone. 

Broil a minute or two until the toppings are sizzling and the edges of the pizza are darkened. 

Slide onto a plate and enjoy!

This recipe is a seriously fast way to make pizza.  The mixing takes just a minute, the skillet time is very quick and the broiling is just a couple of minutes; And clean up is a breeze!
