Took all of about 10 minutes to make and then set in the freezer in about 20 minutes.
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/2 cup pyure
- 1/4 cup coco powder
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter, unsweetened, unsalted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1 cup sliced almonds
Simmer sweeteners, cocoa, fats and salt until well melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add almond butter and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Mix in almonds and coconut
Drop by spoonful on parchment paper
Refrigerate to set
