Cookie Cake

Very low sugar and grain free of course!
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup xylitol
1/2 cup pyure
 2 teaspoons molasses
4 eggs , beaten
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tbl butter, softened to room temperature
 1/2-1 cup semi sweet chips (to preference) - I use the lowest sugar ones available.
 1/2 cup pecan pieces (or more based on preference- I just use the whole bag of a small bag found in the baking section)

 Preheat oven to 325
Spray a disposable pizza pan with nonstick spray 
Mix all the dry
Mix a the wet
Mix wet into dry

Once blended mix in the nuts and chips

 Spread dough evenly on the pan. Not too high in the edges or it will over flow off the pan.

 Bake for 20+ minutes. Turning halfway through. Just make sure the center looks firm

 Let cool. Then frost!

I suggest my Cream Cheese Frosting!
