Dairy/sugar/grain free yummy goodness!!
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoon Pyure
1/4 cup xylitol
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c- 1 up chopped walnuts (preference)
3 Bananas
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup warm water
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (heavy) lemon juice
Pre heat 325 convect
Mix all dry together
Blend all wet in a blender until frothy
Gently mix into dry
Scoop into 3 mini loaf pans
Cook for 20 minutes, turn. Cook for another 20-30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes then turn out of pan.
Cool on rack for another 30-60 minutes before slicing
Store in air tight container with paper towels above and below
